Gold medal winning, Dry cured Flixton bacon

So called because its cured in house at our shop in Flixton, the curing process is performed our premises using traditional methods where by we topically apply the cure, this is great bacon that wont be swimming in water in the pan. it tends to have a little more fat than back bacon but thats where all the flavour comes from as most bacon connoisseurs know and is most certainly the standard to follow
