Cheshire Pork spare ribs
These can be plain or marinated. I have found the best way to cook these is to wrap them in foil and bake them in the oven for about an hour and a half on 180 degrees or gas 4/5. if you ask for an extra £1.00 we do have ready to cook boxes with sealed lids we can palce them in this way they cook fantastic!
15 minutes before they are done open the foil and brown off.

- salt & pepper
- piri piri (not red hot)
1 kilo = 2.2lb this will feed 4 people (probably best as a starter)
