Our Beef cattle are female heifers normally from the limousine variety and are hand selected for us from farms in and around some of the most beautiful countryside in Cheshire & Staffordshire.
They are carefully farmed and looked after throughout there lives benefiting from the 'RSPCA Freedom Food' scheme, before being brought to our shop where the meat is dry hung on the bone for 21 days to mature perfectly and then it is prepared for you by our team of master butchers
