Cumberland sausage, these sausages made me Supreme National Sausage Champion. they are a thicker sausage than normal enfused with herbs and spices, normally sold in a ring but we link ours, you will get about 6 sausages to 500g. They are a great breakfast or lunch time sausage and one not to be missed!Cooking tip!for best results these sausages are always best slowly pan fried with a touch of olive oil, all our sausages are low fat so you can afford to do this!
