Orders over £15 will be delivered free of charge within a 20 mile radius. Below this, we add a small charge of £7.50 to cover delivery. We have a refrigerated delivery van which ensures that your meat is fresh on delivery.
You may have your order delivered to your home or place of work, we also have special coolbags at no extra charge which will keep your meat fresh until you get home.
All other orders are delivered in specially designed chilled packages, which keep the meat fresh and cool, allowing us to deliver nationwide.
Delivery is FREE over £100, £7.50 on orders over £50 and £11.00 on all orders under £50.

Non-Delivery Claims
In the event of your order failing to arrive when expected, please contact us by email or by telephone within 24 hours of the expected delivery quoting your order number. We will immediately investigate and let you know the situation. Should your order not be delivered within two working days of the date given in the website acknowledgement, you will be entitled to a full and immediate refund.
Cancellation
We regret that due to the very short timescale involved in processing fresh meat orders, you cannot cancel or amend your order once it has been placed.
