Delivery Information

Place your order before 10pm the day before, for a next day delivery, orders over £40 will be delivered free of charge within a 15 mile radius. Below this, we add a charge of £19.99 to cover delivery. We have a refrigerated delivery van which ensures that your meat is fresh on delivery.

You may have your order delivered to your home or place of work, if you are not in we have cool boxes that require a £5.00 refundable deposit, please state this in the information box when placing your order, this will need to be organised prior to delivery.

All other orders are delivered in specially designed chilled packages, which keep the meat fresh and cool, allowing us to deliver nationwide.

Delivery to addresses over a 15 miles radius are charged a flat rate delivery charge of £19.99 to cover the cost of specially designed chilled packages; ensuring your meat arrives fresh and cool.

You will be given the option to choose your delivery date when you place your order

Non-Delivery Claims

In the event of your order failing to arrive when expected, please contact us by email or by telephone within 24 hours of the expected delivery quoting your order number. We will immediately investigate and let you know the situation. Should your order not be delivered within two working days of the date given in the website acknowledgement, you will be entitled to a full and immediate refund.

Cancellation or Customer not present

We regret that due to the very short timescale involved in processing fresh meat orders, you cannot cancel or amend your order once it has been placed, in the event that an order is delivered and the customer is not in or has not left provision for the order to be left, a re-delivery will carry a charge of £9.99, this applies to locally delivered orders only.

Christmas Delivery Charges

During December and early January we reserve the right to add an additional home delivery charge to all orders, collection in store will always remain free. If there is an additional home delivery charge on the date you’ve selected, the charge will show next to the total within the checkout area.
