Here is cooking suggestion for these steaks
The other item in the picture is something I always keep to hand, a small ramekin of light olive oil with two crushed garlic cloves, 1 birds eye chilli finely chopped, cracked black pepper and a pinch of salt.
Lightly oil your steaks (not the garlic oil) season and quickly fry in a very hot dry pan for two minutes a side, in the meantime have some water boiling and add some tagliatelle cook for approx 2 mins and drain, plate it up.
Now turn the heat off the steaks,
quickly take the steak out of the pan and slice into strips then place back in the pan and add two or three or even four tea spoons of the garlic and chilli oil to the steaks and toss them around.
Add the steak to the tagliatelle, if you wish and I generally do, I add a little more garlic oil to the pasta.
This is a very quick and healthy meal
