Pork Spare Ribs
These can be plain or marinated. I have found the best way to cook these is to wrap them in foil and bake them in the oven for about an hour and a half on 180 degrees or gas 4/5.
15 minutes before they are done open the foil and brown off.
salt & pepper
Plain (no glaze)
1 kilo = 2.2lb this will feed 4 people (probably best as a starter)
