After meeting BBC radio Manchester DJ mike Sweeny on Thursday to discuss our Artisan butchers shop live on radio, I gave him a gold medal winning pie to try live on air.
His reaction was “i have tried lots of nice pies but I’ve got to say this is the nicest pork pie I’ve ever tasted in my life” so much so, that he was still waxing about them the day after while visiting bury market.
