Chicken Snitzel

Flattened out chicken fillet stuffed with award winning Cumberland sausage meat, rolled up and infused with a garlic herb and lemon oil then coated in a sage onion and herb crust.

very easy to cook oven 180 or gas 4 for approx 40 -45 minutes, serve with a nice salad and baked potato

these are approx 400-450g so will feed I hungry or two people on a calorie controlled diet.
