They can be pan fried quickly in a very hot pan or cooked slowly in the oven, they are extremely nice when pre seasoned with our special garden mint glaze, even people who dont like mint like this, trust me its a real winner. serve with a baked potato cauliflower cheese and garden peas, ask for the minted glaze in the comment box they are fab!!!
