Rack of Lamb
This is a delightful tender tasty cut of lamb, with this you have a rack of ย chops with the bottom plate being removed so is easy to seperate after cooking, we recommend two or three chops per person.
The largest rack is 6 chops, or have yours as 2 x 3 chops or however you please.
