Rib Eye Steak is the steak of the moment, it is tender and tasty with a touch of fat running within the steak to keep it moist while cooking.
Cooks Tip,
Oil the steak and not the pan, season and quickly pan fry in a hot pan for approx two minutes each side and set aside in a luke warm oven for the same time before serving.
